This year's theme for the NY Village Halloween Parade is honoring the communal fire used to light each villager's hearth in ancient autumn celebrations. In this spirit New Yorkers for a Department of Peace are marching dressed up as dancing flames to light up the night with our "passion for peace"! So drape yourself in red, orange, yellow and gold flowing fabric and get ready to have a blazing hot good time!!
